Raindrops Admission Process:
- Admission is granted solely based on merit, regardless of caste, creed or community.
- Before appearing for the admission test, every candidate must get registered with the school.
- At the time of registration, parents must obtain the registration form from the school office. However, the form will only be accepted once the student’s name appears in the merit list of the entrance test.
- Incomplete or illegible admission forms without photographs and incomplete documents will not be accepted.
- Date of test/interview will be provided at the time of registration. The school authorities have a right to change the date and time of the interview.
- Merely receiving the form and completing registration does not guarantee admission, as it depends on seat availability and completion of other procedures.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission:
- One photograph of the child
- Date of Birth Certificate from Municipal Office
- Report Card of the previous school passed
- Transfer Certificate (Counter Signed)
- Aadhaar Card of Child and the Parents
- Medical Fitness Certificate of the child
Transfer Certificate Requirement:
At the time of admission, students migrating from another school should get a transfer certificate duly counter signed by the District Education Officer along with the marksheet from the school last attended, failing which admission will be cancelled.
Entrance Test/Interview:
- The school will conduct a written test for students seeking admission, starting from classes LKG onwards.
- For classes Pre-Nursery and Nursery, admissions will be based on an interview.
Admission Formalities:
- Candidates whose names are included in the merit list must pay the admission fee by the dates indicated on the list, otherwise their admission will be automatically cancelled.
- Parents are requested to fill the Admission Form carefully at the time of payment of the fee.
- The date of birth of the child is required to be supported by the birth certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation. Transfer Certificate must be counter signed as per CBSE norms (Refer to circular no. COORD/EC-30.7/2014 dated 26-11-2014).
- The school fees are deposited in the School Account Office / Online / Punjab and Sind Bank (Civil Lines, Saharanpur).
- Fee once paid is not refundable for any reasons whatsoever.
